Terms of Service — Classmate AI

These Terms of Service govern your use of Classmate AI, operated by Visionary Sparks. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.

Acceptable use

Use Classmate AI for learning and personal study.
Do not misuse, attack, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to generate harmful content.
Do not use Code Lab or file features to distribute malware, attack systems, infringe rights or process information you are not authorised to use.

AI-generated content

Astra's answers are generated by AI and may be incomplete, insecure or incorrect. Review explanations, code and technical decisions before relying on them. Classmate AI is a learning aid, not professional engineering, security, legal, medical or financial advice.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Visionary Sparks permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload or share it.

Code execution and external services

Code submitted to Code Lab may be sent to an isolated third-party execution service. Do not include passwords, API keys, private source code or personal information. Runtime behaviour, libraries and results may differ from your own machine.

Early-access service

Classmate AI is in early access. Features, usage limits, supported runtimes and availability may change. We may suspend access that threatens the service, other users or our providers.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but provide it "as is", without warranties. Features may change as the product evolves.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Visionary Sparks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
